Digital Marketing Executive – Temporary Maternity Cover Contract (minimum 12months) with possible extension

Anwyl is a proud family builder with the 4th generation taking a leading role in the business. We began in 1930 as a joinery and woodworking contractor, but with over nine decades of success behind us, we now operate three divisions: Anwyl Homes, Anwyl Land and Anwyl Partnerships.

 

Scope: We are looking for maternity cover to support the Anwyl Homes Marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the team through a range of different digital media and reporting.

 

Hours:               8.30am – 5.15pm (Mon- Thurs)

                           8.30am – 4.00pm (Fri)

Salary:              Competitive Salary

Reporting to:   Digital Marketing Manager

Division:           Anwyl Homes

Location:          Head Office, Ewloe Flintshire with travel to regional offices and housing developments as required.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce engaging content including video, static posts, and stories.
  • Write engaging creative copy.
  • Regular social media posting to include planned and reactive posts.
  • Community management and engagement across social channels.
  • Influencer co-ordination/management.
  • Ensure all online content is aligned with the brand and relevant to the specific channel.
  • Project management, including timing plans and status documents.
  • Social media calendar planning.
  • Analysing content reach and KPIs.
  • Review and feedback on creative content.
  • Conduct market/competitor research.
  • Create, edit and/or animate video content for social media. Further training is available. 
  • Assist with maintenance of the website & property portals.
  • Creation of engaging digital ads and regular testing.
  • Providing WOW, MOM and YOY digital reports to the team and regions
  • Asset Bank and photography co-ordination.

The successful candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Strong understanding of social media.
  • Excellent creative copywriting skills & strong written and spoken English
  • Marketing degree or equivalent – preferred.
  • Experience using Canva – preferred.
  • Knowledge of testing platforms.
  • Understanding of WordPress.
  • Eager and positive can-do attitude.
  • Super organised & able to deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Clear ability to prioritise and manage projects.
  • Full driving licence required.
