This role is based at our Joinery Workshop in Rhyl. The role involves assisting the Workshop Manager in the administration of running and managing the workshop.
Hours : 8.30am- 4.30pm
Days : 2 days per week – Availability to work Monday is essential. However, the second day can be negotiated.

Reporting to : Workshop Manager
Location : Rhyl, North Wales
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive all requisitions and reply with Delivery date for the current 19 housing sites
Follow up on any missing information from site
Create digital job cards and paper job cards – 20 plus per week
Create digital “EXTRAS” – delivery notes for items lost on site or anything that is required
Send enquiries and place weekly orders for all our own material, speak with suppliers/reps – best prices etc
Create new house types/Amend current ones on the system using Excel
Log Delivery notes – send all other paperwork to HQ electronically
Create Digital delivery notes for House packs
Communicate with Sites on stairs/extras etc
Answer phone calls from site on stair updates
Fill out weekly Management System forms required
Other duties as assigned by the Workshop Manager
The successful candidate will have most of the following experience, skills and attributes:
Administrative experience;
Excellent communication skills;
Excellent organisational skills;
Excellent numerical skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Able to follow instructions but also work on own initiative;
Able to plan, prioritise and organise workload;
Punctual and reliable;
Attention to detail;
Interpersonal skills.
